"I look forward to these sits, and they have become very important to my daily ritual of mind, body and soul." - Janice

Join the Or HaLev community for 30 minute weekday meditations that support you in finding and returning to presence, even in the midst of your busy day.

It’s days when it feels the hardest to slow down that we can most benefit from supportive practice. Fold meditating in community into the rhythm of your day-to-day.
Reconnect to yourself, mindfulness practice, and Jewish wisdom each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

This offering is free and open to everyone.
We appreciate your donations in keeping this group going.

What to expect?

Guided Meditation: Participate in guided meditations led by our experienced teachers. These meditations draw from Jewish wisdom traditions and mindfulness practices, offering a supportive structure to deepen your inner awareness, cultivate presence, and find moments of stillness in your week. These meditations focus on practices and themes of embodiment, grounding, centering, safety, stability, support, and belovedness.

Short Teachings: Each session includes a short teaching on a piece of Jewish wisdom, often connected to the cycle of our calendar. These teachings inspire and contextualize our meditations, and the meditations add depth to the teachings.

Community Connection: This group provides a welcoming and supportive space to connect with like-minded individuals on a shared path of exploration and growth. This sense of community fosters a feeling of belonging, allows for shared experiences (though often in silence during practice), and can offer mutual encouragement and support on your meditative journey.

*Sessions are recorded for those who cannot make the live sessions. By signing up, you gain access to our extensive library of past meditations
